Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation 30 Days prior to the event: 100% refund.

Cancellation within 30 Days of the event: 30% amount will be charged on total Amount.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: No refund will be provided.

On the Day of Event: NO SHOW NO REFUND

In the case of a medical cancellation occurring 24 hours before the event or within 24 hours of the event, a valid medical certificate is required to issue a full refund. The medical certificate must be on the hospital’s letterhead and include the concerned doctor’s signature and seal.

Please note that no refunds will be provided, and no concerns will be entertained on the day of the event.
