Overview

Pawana Lake, nestled in the serene Western Ghats of Maharashtra, is a picturesque getaway just 25 km from Lonavala. Formed by the Pavana Dam, this tranquil lake is surrounded by majestic forts like Lohagad, Tikona, and Tung, making it a must-visit for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The scenic beauty of Pawana, with its lush green surroundings and panoramic views of the Sahyadri mountain ranges, offers the perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether it’s the thrill of paragliding, a peaceful boating experience, or watching the sun set behind the hills, Pawna Lake provides a rejuvenating retreat for all.
